Alucosmart panel are now available in 30 standard colors and we use Kynar 500/Hylar 5000 resins.Custom colors are available on request.
The PVDF coating is applied to the aluminium coil prior to lamination of the composite panel. The aluminium coil coating process and is heated at temperature between 200-260C. The quality of the coating is tested according to AAMA 2604-98.
