YHJ-100/YHJ-150龙门式液压钢管合缝矫直机 Double housing type hydraulic steel pipe scribing straightener model 该机为龙门式五缸压力机，其上部安装100吨下压油缸，两侧各安装可上下移位的50吨侧压油缸，并由两只垂直安装的移位油缸带动,通过更换和调节加长压杆，可对φ350-φ1500范围内的钢管进行合缝作业。下部工作台其V形支撑可进行宽度调节，以适应不同直径钢管的需求。该机还可利用前后管支架对钢管进行矫直作业，一机两用。 This machine is double housing type pressing machine with five cylinders. On the top of it is an underlying oil pressing cylinder with 100 ton,and on both sides of the machine two side-oil pressing cylinders of 50ton which can move up and down are installed. So it can be used in the scribing operation to the steel tubes with all kinds of diameter in the range of φ350～φ1500 by replacing and adjusting the lengthened compressed member. The lower operation board sup-ported with V type can adjust the width in order to meet the requirement o
